There are so many places to visit, such as the Chincheros market on Sunday, the Maras – where tourists can discover salt works, and Moray – where travelers can discover the remains made up of a string of circles, which was a crucial farming centre for the Incas.
Titicaca Lake – Puno:
This lake is the highest passable lake in the globe and also the biggest one in South America. The climate in this area is dry & extremely freezing during the night, but it is sunny throughout the day. People here in this region have kept their primeval traditions of wearing multicolored clothes & living like they used to a century back. Amantani is another island in Titicaca Lake where you can hang around for a night in a family dwelling in 1 of the societies.
